Exercise:
yoga: 45 mins
treadmill walk/run: 20 mins (1.4 miles)

Diet:
Breakfast: 1 flatout, cheese, sour cream, salsa
lunch: couscous salad: couscous (w almonds and probably cooked in butter), veggies, and some sweet dressign (maybe honey mustard?)
dinner: 1 flatout, 1 egg, meatless crumbles, cheese, brocolli slaw, sour cream, salsa, hot sauce

probably higher on carbs and points total, but i did the best i could given that a) i hadnt eaten all day yesterday and needed some energy, b)didn't have time to make bfast in the mornign so the microwave quesadilla had to be it!, c) couldn't pack lunch, so picked up salad but needed something solid in it rather than just veggies, so opted for couscous and the darn sweet dressing, d) felt emotionally drained at night and fought the urge to throw in the towel and just order pizza, so instead the egg burrito wasn't a bad choice even though it was higher in points than I should have allowed. Oh well. One bullet at a time.

Had planned on working out later today..at the gym or after coming home. But my emotions are getting the better of me. I don't care about exercise at this point!

Tomorrow: need to plan for bfast and lunch, so I don't eat unhealthy or things I can't determine nutritional values of.

That's the problem with fasting. You are so hungry by the time you finally eat that it's too easy to go overboard. Better that you keep the metabolism going all day long by at least eating small meals. But you don't know how it's going to work for you unless you try it and you tried it. You still got some good exercise in with the yoga and treadmill and what you ate doesn't look bad to me. So now it's time to take a deep breath and RELAX. Planing for your meals tomorrow is a good idea. Carry on! You're doing great. That chart looks wonderful!! ((((HUGS))))

Sorry your emotions were messing with you. Do you think it was from not eating? I know fasting works for some, but maybe not as well for others. Hope today is a better day! ((((((((hugs)))))))

Planning your meals is the best way to make sure you don't eat the wrong things. I make my breakfast and lunch the night before and pack it. That way I just wake up and grab it on my way to work. I don't give myself that chance to have to buy my food...which of course makes it easier to eat unhealthy things. Don't get down on yourself...you look great...love the new pic!
