My Dad and I got in an argument last night. It's my time of the month and I was a little rude and he noticed. Usually, I feel so stressed when this happens I take it out on food... if not that night, all day the following day... which would be today. I'm going to really try to 1)forgive myself and 2)stick with my diet to day to be a reflection of my desire to change for the better in all areas. Wish me luck!
