Talk about a plateau, I've been at ~182 for a few months new, I think my body fat is 15%, maybe 14.5, maybe 16. nevertheless, to get to 175, I'll have to be serious for about two weeks, but my body resists with overall fatigue. Maybe not enough fluids. AT 62 years old, it takes longer to recover as well. All in all this has been a fantastic experience, losing the weight and getting fit!

Also, about a month ago my Dr took me off my Metformin pills for diabetes. This I attribute to losing weight and exercise. Praise the lord, and walk the stepper machine!
