Feeling frustrated today. I started the diet anew on Sunday after realizing some of the mistakes I was making counting carbs and suffering a 5lb gain in a matter of 3 days last week. Was out of town all weekend and knew I would not be diligent in the counting (but managed to drop the 5 lbs focusing on the protein and being very active. Confused about some of the labeling on here. Why would an Atkins Advantage bar be labeled as 2g net carbs on the package - but not calculate that way on this list? Hence the frustration - am I doing it right or am I doing it wrong? Grrr.....
