I have always been overweight - but never really dieted. About 10 years ago I got serious and lost 150 pounds on Weight Watchers; successfully kept it off following the plan. A couple of years ago I had a surgery and gained 10 pounds and last year had a total hysterectomy and gained another 25. I have been struggling ever since to lose this extra weight. For some reason, WW wasn't working so in August I decided to try Atkins. I am following the program, but still not having much success.
