So that’s what happens when you go on a 28-night cruise in the South Pacific😳😟!!! Believe it or not, I used the treadmill on the the ship’s gym every day except port days; those days, I walked on land. Well, I’m back and envisage at least 3-4 days of health smoothies to get back to where I was. I will set a diet goal of 1200-1300 cals a day after that. Wish me luck. I still hold a 140pound goal.
