It was just too hot to eat today! I was actually forgetting to eat and when I came home and was doing the tons of laundry that going to the gym produces I just kept thinking "I don't want to eat...but if I don't I'm going to f**k myself up." So I had a PB & J...and looked at my VERY low daily points...then ate a piece of cheese...and they were still low. So now I'm planning some WW ice cream and grapes because I need to eat more points and had almost no fruit today.

I honestly never thought I'd be force feeding myself but I KNOW that my body needs calories - especially with daily visits to the gym - so I'm making sure I at least get close to my points. I'm not even touching the flexes or the activity points...I'm just not feeling it... but I do know that I'll stop losing if I don't feed myself enough. So there!

It really makes me laugh...I didn't get to this size turning down meals and now I'm making myself eat! God's idea of a joke I think.

When your eating bad, you really eat bad - that take out food is worse than you can imagine. But when your eating right, its sometimes hard to eat all you should. I know how it is, but it is important to eat all you should (I'm not one to talk here...). Have a great Wednesday!
