Seems like a pretty good day so far! Did a split workout in the morning 20 mins of cardio, 30 mins lifting and I KNOW I'm going to feel the results of the lifting tomorrow!
The pants I bought on Saturday already fit looser when I put them on this morning - THAT is what makes me confident going into this Scale Strike!
Also, want to add that I find I get more results switching up my cardio - one day doing speed and resistance intervals on the elliptical, the next day going "straight" with a longer workout, the next doing the treadmill with speed and incline intervals... my thinking is that my body is responding better because it's not "getting used to" any given workout.

What really helps me is that I lay everything out at night. I put my gym outfit on top of the dresser (underwear, socks and all), pack my gym bag with my work clothes and put it by the front door and my lunch bag in the fridge so when I get up I get dressed in my gym stuff and everything is ready to go. It's kind of hard to decide not to go when you're already suited up!
