Continuing to work on building muscle and trimming fat. At this stage, progress is much slower and consistency is key. Finding new ways to challenge my body has also been helpful. Hope everyone is having a great day!

The building muscle stage is very slow. People don't understand how much time and energy it takes just to grow a pound of muscle.
