Hey Vicki, hope your well.
I though, I did the wall post, right. I'll Look again. Try to post about the All-Bran crackers??? Good crackers-yah no they're good, if Hub likes em. Had crackers, liversausage and cream cheese, last night. Don't feel like eating much else. It's just to hot. Happens every year. Weight drop time.Some cherries for 1 fruit. No vegs. at all.
I'll try again tonight. We'll see.
Walked 60mins yesterday, and 180mins today(appearently, it was suppost to feel like 110 to the body out there today, with the heat index).When walking it was hot; but, 110! It didn't feel that hot. There was a breeze and slurpee's(I don't know what that did to help my calories; but, it made me feel better).
To bad 7-Eleven doesn't sell just the icy part. I looked, if one didn't have the flavor in it. I would have brought it. I was that HOT! And, it would have been better for me. Maybe, I'll write a letter???
140.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
