Yesterday,3 bouts of 10mins. To hot for anything else. Fruit/Veg good. Water- No trouble. Dietary Fiber a wash for both Sat/Sun. : (.Ate 1/2 a 18" Special pizza Friday night. Saturday,Polish Buffet. I did cover all the basics at the Buffet. Fruit/Veg. Dairy,protein. Choices.OK.Sunday-Covered all the basics, too! Could try the scale this morning. I'll wait til Tuesday. Let things level off. I have grass to cut, weeding.Floors needed to wash. And, then there's still the deck. HOT is what it is. So, will see.???? Hey Vicki! : )
