A rainy day and good for t shirt shopping with the family. Determined to eat less. So far so good, 7:00pm, going swimming in a little bit and then may go to bed early. When up north and away from my usual distractions I find it tough to not eat. Last night was a prime example of excessive eating. Updated my weight goal to what I probably should be. When I came to the US 17 years ago, I weighed 175 and was size 14/16. I know I am going to have excessive skin after I lose the weight (sorry to gross you out)and may not actually get to 180 because of it but I probably will be off some medications and my apnea machine and so very worthwhile. Time to go swimming.

Swimming is really good for you. I hope you enjoy it. Losing weight is always harder when your away. Just keep trying...write in your journal and take the support of the people here! Good luck!
