First day was a bust I didn't walk. By the time I got up and moving it was too hot. I was tired from only 4 hours of sleep and didn't feel like doing anything plus I was a lot more hungry. I vow to give up wine while I'm doing this challenge, I think it will improve my chances.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
