Only down a pound a pound, but very happy with that. With the numbers I've been blessed with lately, I was overdue for a low week. And a pound down, is no reason to frown. I will gladly take it.
Well, well, well. Here I stand on the mountainside this bright morning, on a day given to us to fulfill destinies, live dreams, & build the being we want to be. Been in a rough spot for couple weeks & appreciate your help dragging me out of it. I climb away from this crevasse knowing that if I fill my head with worries, It takes up all the space for the other things; the important things. A lesson I will try hard to avoid repeating.
The strength of this legion of climbers never ceases to amaze me on this journey. Each of you carry an inner beast that you may not be aware of, but is readily available when the siege sets in. I know. I saw you use it.
We must learn to call on that inner beast when needed for our own gains. Lord knows that it harder than it may seem, because I failed to use my own inner beast in my moment of need; but I am still convinced it is there. It is a skill we must learn to master in order to fight all that aligns against us from the onset, before it gets a foothold in our psyche. To allow ourselves to be in better positions to face other challenges.
We must strive to climb this mountain, by the light of the sun or the light of the moon; & when we glance down to get a glimpse of our shadow, all we should see is four legs & a mane. For we are lions down deep inside gang. We all have that inner strength of unlimited potential. We just have to learn how to tap into it & roar.
When we learn to do that, we will no longer climb this mountain. We will run up it. Be a beast today gang. Unleash your fierceness on this mountain.

A pound is a great loss! Keep up the fight against the worries, be filled with joyous thoughts of what is really important. Most of all, keep climbing.

Great job, still going down! Or is that still climbing up? Lol. Together we will succeed. I used to think I needed a lot of help and motivation from others but you are right I was just not aware of my inner beast offering help and encouragement to others. and by trying to help I find myself listening to my own advise and advise from others and being stronger for it. We help ourselves when we help others, each time one of us falls we all benefit from the help given If we let it.
