Up in the north woods after my son's football scrimmage today. Very hot 85. Food intake ok. Going to county fair tonight! Did you know a 6 inch diameter funnel cake is only 276 calories? I think 46% fat though... Maybe I will splurge....
later... didn't find funnel cake but found icecream. Had great time. Back to excercise tomorrow....

I love fairs and funnel cake but if you plan to splurge make sure you make it up somewhere either in food or exercise. Enjoy!! I like fried dough!

No don't splurge, continue to expertly navigate passed the junk food. There must be something good around. ;-)

Cathy, I did have a good time at the fair, but ended up binging at home. But, I wrote it all down and have "shook my head" at myself and thought about what set it off. Today much better food. Information: you are right. I cannot splurge too early in the game while my new habits are not firm and I haven't even weighed in and had real "success". Thanks for commenting on my journals. I like it...
