Had a good week despite a few binge moments. I learned this week that safeway muffins can be considered point bombs, that I could eat much more good if I stuck to power foods instead. Stress is my major enemy lately, it not only triggers binges and point bomb ingestion but it is at times what keeps me from doing a daily workout. At the end of the day I feel exhausted and mostly I am tired from the stress.
204.7 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wt was 204.7, I am now less than five pounds from onederland. This am I accident slept in, I awoke very hungry so I grabbed a dozen point bomb I got from safeway. Plan to go to ymca today. Ww meeting tomorrow.
