A relaxing and busy day at home. Loved working in the yard and mowing. My flowers and trees are looking good - overall.
Found it best if I try to do my extra challenge exercise in the morning otherwise there never is a good time. Need to try and record as I eat and not update at the end of the night. I hope that my efforts pay off at my 2 week weigh in. For the last few years I have not been very consistent and committed in management of my food/exercise and give up. I think I can do this.
