I was bad - really really bad. I feel sick about it too. Tonight I had chicken strips dipped in gravy and mashed potatoes, a biscuit with honey, and sweet tea. Then I had chocolate easter candy and a cookie. I feel like bloated and fat. Oh well. I was kindof at a slow point anyways. I am going to be right back on the diet tomorrow morning. Maybe this will kick start my losing again once I get back into ketosis. I really don't feel too ashamed because I know I will get right back on track tomorrow. Oh yeah - I drank alot of milk. I really miss milk. Wish me luck!
