Been keeping to the diet fairly well except for wednesday. Went to the beach and i made cupcakes for everyone. I had two. Whomp. And i had pasta and bread.....whomp whomp. I did swim and play frisbee but still. Bleh oh well. Otherwise i've been keeping to the stop eating before 2-3 hours before bed deal. Still afraid to weight myself meh....

How often do you weigh yourself? I am a once a weeker. Cupcakes...yum! Some of the local resturants are getting on the cupcake bandwagon...that's a dessert I don't pass up!

My cupcakes were awesome! The frosting was the best though. Cookie dough frosting ftw! i weigh myself like... 1 every 2 weeks... I really hate weighing myself i gotta say.
