No time to eat earlier today. :( Coffee for breakfast and grabbed some roast beef and cheese to eat on the go. I wasn't going to chance not having time to stop for more and I'm glad I didn't. When I did finally get home I got to clean! Made dinner with chicken on the George Foreman and bird's eyes whole green beans. I did jazz them up by half cooking them in the micro and then sauteed them with some coconut oil and bacon fat. Added some salsa and a few bacon bits and it was a hit. I'm so glad trader joe's opened in Tampa last year. Their salsa only has 2 carbs per serving. I need to make some fat bombs to keep on hand. It would be better for me not to be hungry while cooking dinner. At least all the water I drank tricked my tummy thinking it was full most of today. Tonight fat bombs!
