February is starting.
I am working on healthy. Not too happy with the eating but maybe it will be better when weather gets better and I can get more active. I can improve. Should decide on a strategy . Maybe more to come here
Did well on my exercise challenges and will add to them a bit for February. They helped me keep up with strength and stability exercises this months so here we go.
For strength I am working on my January goals. To get stronger and improve on these baselines
10 pushups increasing to 15
90 seconds plank increasing to 2 minutes (shaky here LOL)
15 lunges (up down with 8 lbs weights) going to use 10lbs in February
10 side dips on each side
1 crow (yoga position... I am practicing this one. Not getting any closer) I am working on the modified version...
