I have lost, so far, 23 pounds and am approaching my weight goal. These last 8 pounds must come off by sit ups or something as a disproportionate belly that won't budge. (Cushings syndrome due to long term meds and autoimmune disease.) But this is the question. I am 76 years old and now have a lot of wrinkly, saggy skin that isn't tightening up. Does anybody know what vitamin or whatever might help? Living on SS so can't be expensive.
