The scale shows a quarter pound gain, after a light diet day, so i'm going to chalk it up to the precision of the scale. I'm actually content to stay at 143-144 on a plateau for awhile. I have gone from 166.6 in June to 143 now in January, so down 23 pounds in 7 months with only another 7-8 pounds to go to my old standard weight. Maybe I ought to take this last bit slowly with trying to build back some strength.
