Yay! a new low, and I did cheat a little yesterday with a couple cookies, and 3 small candies after supper. I believe the shots in my spine, causing more energy, may increase my slug slow metabolism. Hey, Whatever works! Homemade buttermilk pie for breakfast. 1 pie has 6 eggs and 3 cups buttermilk, so high protein. Nutrition about the same as a cheese omelet with a bit more sugar.
