Almost posted another journal yesterday. I guess I'll go with good news first, and bad news last.
Good news, I didn't plan any meals in the morning yesterday and then plugged it all in right before dinner, I was very surprised to see that my intake was only 1300, and even though carbs were a little more than I usually eat, It was okay. Good to know that I can plan without putting it all in the computer and still stay on track. I think I might do it more in the next few weeks, start out in the morning, then plug all my calories in at the end of the day. I'll still be logging, but I'll learn to be less dependent on FS food journaling which will help me in the long run when I'm able to login, or when I reach my goals and start maintaining.
Bad News: Was swimming at a Friend's house yesterday and had a sharp pain in my left foot where they removed the cyst. And then last night, my foot suddenly started hurting, and I'm pretty sure that the cyst is back, and it's not just scar tissue. It's aching horribly today and I will have to go back to the foot doctor again about it. :( The knot/cyst is the biggest I've seen it get as well and it swelled up like that from yesterday to today. Doctor appt has been made for Tuesday, the soonest I'll have a babysitter for Jules.
