Okay, wow. this is big if I'm interpreting things correctly. Yesterday at 144.4, after much more fat then usual in my foods. On Friday I had my shots in my back, followed by the steroid high, poor sleep and days full of energy and feeling great for a couple weeks. Last night I couldn't sleep, as expected. Played on my phone for awhile, sudoku and idle coloring, then figured, WTH, and pushed the covers off and exercised for 15 minutes. (With my disability most of my exercises are on a chair or bed.) This morning I had lost a full pound and a half. That's worth repeating as long as and whenever I can.
