Last night was a little bit challenging. It was my daughters impromptu birthday party, and the Sweets won the battle. I had a cupcake, and an ice cream bar...along with pizza and salad... I went over by about 350 calories... I did swim for a while though too, so I burned some of it off.
Today I am having subway for breakfast and lunch... Each time a 6 inch Oven roasted chicken breast sub. Then a yogurt and a plum for snack.
Dinner is still up in the air, but I am thinking left over greek salad. No clue what I am gonna feed the kids yet. Thinking maybe I'll make them homemade bean and cheese burritos. They really like those, and I can make a breakfast burritto for breakfast tomorrow. :)
