Breakfast: 1 smallish hard roll with 2 tsp butter, plus 2 cups hot tea. Lunch: 1 Greek yogurt, 3 vanilla Oreo sandwich cookies, cup of hot tea. Dinner: 2 ounces cheese, 1/2 an apple, half serving of ice cream, 5 oz. Riesling wine.
