I baked hard rolls this afternoon. WAY more energy required than I had available. I ended up working about 3 minutes until the pain was too much, then sitting for 3 minutes until it eased off. But I got them baked and they are really good. This recipe is really close if not spot on. Extra calories, but I have been craving real bread for awhile. On the bright side, I got a lot more exercise than usual!
