Oh, boy...I didn't record hardly anything over the holiday weekend. (4 days for me). YIKES! Well, I'll pay the piper on Thursday when I weigh in.

I will be dillegently recording EVERYTHING from here on out. And exercising a ton!

Not sure what your normal regimen is, but I personally I try not to worry about Sat and Sun. I kick it as hard as I can Mon-Fri, watch my cals those days too, then typically it comes pretty natural on the weekends; now that I've been doing it for a few months. I feel that it makes me less crazy during the week if I have a few days to wind down. :)
