Greetings Buddies:
Yippee yippee! The gym opened and I got a good workout completed! Amazing how I feel like a new woman. I did 40 minutes on a step climber thing...and then did upper body weights. I sweat and stretched my muscles! Yippee yippee.
And, food is going fantastic. I am shocked at how well I am doing but I know it is all because I have been doing low carb for three months and there is absolutely no craving for any of the stuff they are serving. I go straight to the protein source and the salad greens or low carb veggies. I basically do my BP coffee in the morning and a power shake for either lunch or dinner.
I brought berries, avocado and almonds so that rounds out the day. My body feels well and I am so happy to see I am really making this a lifestyle change. My gosh, I think I've got it!
