Okay, I can't believe I am posting this, but I have to ask. Does anyone notice while on your new eating plan (I call mine a diet) that your other function's have increased--both ways (voiding and defacating--LOL, or as I say, #1 and #2?). I can't keep anything in me. I feel like I'm two years old...I have to run to the pooottttttyyyyy! LOL.
