Ok, so I'm a little frustrated. I've been monitoring my calories, and staying at or below 1600. I am walking for an hour per day and doing 15 minutes of weights in the morning. Haven't lost a single pound in 4 days. Taking a multi vitamin, and drinking plenty of water... I just don't get it.
I feel good though... Like I have energy until the end of each day. I am not dragging, and I wake up pretty easily each morning... I really need help figuring this out. Gonna go post on the personal trainer board.
