had my protein pancakes for breakfast and did my kick a** workout (SarahFit.com); about to take my daughter to the pediatrician for her checkup then try and get in some running. hopefully the scales will be my friend on weigh in day (Monday); i refuse to step onto it until then. wish me luck, today is feeling like a fat day!
