New Focus for Diet:

try to keep these percentages
20% Fat (50-60g)
55-60% Carbs (300-330g)
30% Protein (130g)
Sodium (3500g)
Sugar (as low as possible)

48 oz water intake (minimum of 2 jugs at work a 1 at home)
Cut back to 2 diet/frescas per day max

Get more protein (dairy, meat)
Get more fiber (wheat bread, fruit)
