Usual day, cheese sandwich for breakfast/lunch, then usual supper. total 709 kC. cheat 2 pieces chocolate, a kit kat snack size and a little york peppermint patty. First chocolate I've had in a month or more.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
