Today is a quiet day around here. 90 outside with a chance of rain. I am getting a little bored eating almonds so trading off w/pecans. 1/4 cup (12 halves) per serving is still OK! Will enjoy them in moderation as allowed w/my WOE! Happy WOL Everyone!

Hi Cheryl...the weight chart is looking fabulous! 12 pounds since the 18th of May! Impressive! I love pecans and almonds, but if I have them in the house I eat them until they are gone...one of the things that I am still struggling with. lol Keep up the great work!
