The weekend came and went, and I didn't do too badly surprisingly. I managed to exercise on Saturday (walking to the park) and Sunday (A lot of Yard work). And I ate decently for a weekend. Today I am right on track, and I walked for 25 minutes on my lunch hour, and did sit ups push ups and stretches this morning. I wanna start jogging, or using my eliptical a couple times a week also. Hopefully I can lose at least 10 pounds by my birthday. I'm frustrated with my house, and not being able to move, and I have pent up anger... I am hoping more exercise will help me feel less tense.
