Another 3 lbs. this week. I worked for it, though. 5 days I worked out last week and this week. I realize now that, now that I'm not as heavy as I once was, the weight won't be coming off in 5's anymore.
That's okay. 3 is still really good. What shocks me is I'm around the same weight I was about 5 years ago. When I get down to the 160s, I'll be around the same weight I was 15 years ago.
I'm trying not to get ahead of myself. Very pleased. I honestly didn't think I'd get past 18 lbs. I thought I'd hit 180 and just stay there. So, yay, me!
