Quite impressed with the results. In only 5 days I've lost 3.4 lbs and a total of 6 inches. No true cravings but I also didn't deny myself. Can I do better?? Absolutely, I will do my best to do better this week but I do know tomorrow is Deadliest Catch and that is pizza nite. Will keep a mindful watch on what I eat today and tomorrow so I can enjoy the evening with the family. :)
