For the last couple of days I have been having 2 cups of tea for breakfast, a cup of Chobani yogurt about 2 pm for "lunch" and our usual supper. Supper then is a glass of Riesling, half an apple, and about 2 ounces of a nice cheese,(a KerryGold cheddar or such) followed by just a little Breyers Cherry Vanilla ice cream.

I had been plateaued at 149, eating 800 to 1000 calories per day and gained a quarter pound a day. And no, no cheating.

So it's back to starvation diet. If I can get back down to 145 I'll ease up to keep it there for awhile before trying to lose again.

This is crazy.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Please don’t starve yourself, and please don’t put too much stock in daily scale fluctuations. You really can have your cake and eat it too

You see that's the whole problem. I know I'm not eating enough, but if I eat 1000+ kC in a day, I gain weight, like a pound in a day, every day I eat that much. The scale has a +- 1.0% precision, at 150 pounds that's +- 1.5 pounds, so yeah, I know that. Thank you for your comment.
