Well I am suppose to be done with the 9 week program by now. I have pretty much stuck to phase 1 and a very little part of phase 2. Now that I have lost about 30 pounds I will be making my way through the whole program. One of the things I really need to work on this time around is keeping to an eating schedule!!! I have a hard time eating 2-3 times a day let alone 4-5. I found out yesterday that I won the curves biggest loser contest, so I'm very happy about that!!
