I'm having a great day!! I had my last weigh in for Curves biggest loser. Since my last weigh in I have lost 14 pounds and 5 and a half inches. Since starting the program I have lost 28 pounds..I'm very happy to say the least. Thank god for fat smash is all I have to say!!!
