Dang, plateaued again. I started at 166.6 and nothing would take any weight off. Months went by, in frustration. Under 1000 calories a day, often 700 neighborhood, and no weight loss. Early June I dropped 10 pounds in 2 weeks, for no apparent reason, then plateaued at 155. Nothing would make that scale budge. Major frustration.
Then early October I dropped another 5 pounds, and broke that milestone 150. Got to 149 and now bouncing the 149 point whatever (This morning 150.1 and I'm upset again.) It's been over a week with no more progress.
I can't figure out what it is that causes this weight loss and then stops. My daily calorie intake is the same.
