It's funny - every Friday I go jam with my band. We play all evening, and something happens and I very - VERY - often reach a new lowest weigh-in the morning after. Maybe I should play more? :D Actually, I think it's a matter of water balance, but I think it's interesting that it always happens then. Today, I reached a new lowest weigh-in - a whopping 900 grams lower than the one I reached last week. That just made my day! Life is good!

You are so close to your goal weight! Are you going to keep going?

Yes I will keep going! :) I have reached my goal weight once before - at 110. I think I put that mostly because my mind could not graps me getting lower than that - it was almost too impossible for me to comprehend that I could reach 110.
Now I am close to 100. I will set next goal at 95 or 90 - not sure yet just how to do. I am so used to this way of life that I think I will actually miss it or feel constantly guilty if I just stopped calculating my calories and started eating uncontrolled. So I WILL continue, and maybe just see where it takes me. I don't look too much at my goal weight, other than the fact that it's really cool to round the big corners and celebrate the big milestones.
I will definitely celebrate when(!) I reach both 95 and 90. Every goal is a major accomplishment from now on, and the really cool thing is that they're fairly easy to reach. I just do what I do and keep doing it no matter what. Simple and so easy that I can do it. :)
