The week leading to fourth of July was difficult because my family and I went to see family out of state, so it was all about eating at restaurants. Knowing that I did my best to eat relatively well and healthy but I also made sure to do exercise (as much as I could while visiting). The goal was not to gain weight (instead of losing weight). When we came back, I did in fact not gain weight. Then this week I followed my WW diet as closely as I could and I did better than I thought I would. I lost 4 pounds and I feel great!!
