Good Monday Morning Friends,Anyone adding Coconut oil to up your fats,more power to ya.I really don't think its worth all the hipe.I will probably finish the jar I have,but won't buy any more to eat.Might just put it in the bathroom and use as a moisturizer.....
OH WELL...LIVE AND LEARN...
Sorta glad the week-end is over.It was too relaxing and got boring..
Off to do some shopping.Later..
