Good morning friends,
Heat wave broke and so the the dam.Storms and heavy rain all night and today.Don't think I need to water anything today.LOL.Back yard is a pond.
The more I read about Coconut Oil,the more I am considering trying it.
I am thinking to up my fats to around 180 grams,try the protein at 12 oz a day,and keep my net carbs at 20,with 12-15 from foundation veggies.This seems to be working for several others.Some are saying they are dropping 4-6 lbs a week.I want to do a little more research on coconut oil first.I need something to change up a little.

Ok...Trying the coconut oil..Did the research and decided to try one jar and see how I feel.I refuse to put it in coffee like I have seen others do,but I will try for 3 tablespoons a day and see what happens.
