Soup!!
amen! it's nice to do cold soups in the summer in your food processor to get a quick hit of raw whole veggies!

Butter!
there is no substitute for the flavour of butter!! used in moderation, there's nothing wrong with including it in your diet. and it's always a better choice to use something with 1 ingredient over something with a dozen ingredients you cant pronounce!
