ate left over fish/spinach - did the body fit class and saw about 1/2 lb down on scale if still same by friday i'll record it
tonight will be a crap shoot for food - meeting teacher at 4:45 to go over independent study class and then need to go to softball practice for 7pm meeting regarding the utah trip
don't wanna eat dinner at 8pm or later tho - guess i'll grab a subway sandwich in between
